Welcome to Portal. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Portal

Portal is an AI-powered personal styling assistant currently in beta. Our services include a website (portal-f4u.com), a mobile application available via TestFlight, and related features. Portal is operated from Madrid, Spain.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Portal. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and waitlist

When you join our waitlist or create an account, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Portal for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from Portal
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Portal (photos, wardrobe items, outfit posts). By uploading content, you grant Portal a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

6. Intellectual property

Portal, including its name, logo, design, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Portal and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without prior written consent.

7. Beta service disclaimer

Portal is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Features may change or be removed during the beta period.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Privacy

Your use of Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
