Terms of service

Portal is an AI-powered personal styling assistant. You digitize the clothes you already own, ask the Portal Stylist for outfits, try them on a realistic avatar built from your own photos in the Fitting Room, save the looks you wear as Fit Checks, keep them on a Calendar, and share them in an open community.

Our services are this website (portal-f4u.com) and the Portal app, available on the App Store and on Google Play under the listing name Portal Fits4U. Portal is operated from Madrid, Spain.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Portal. By using our services, you confirm that you meet that requirement.

If you create an account, you agree to give accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to take responsibility for what happens under your account. Tell us at info@portal-f4u.com if you believe someone else is using it.

You agree not to:

You keep ownership of everything you upload to Portal — photos, wardrobe items, Fit Checks, outfit posts. By uploading it, you grant Portal a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and process that content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.

Your closet is private to you. If you choose to share a Fit Check with the community, you are also choosing to let other people using Portal see it — that is what sharing means, and it is always your choice.

Portal, including its name, logo, design, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Portal and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without prior written consent.

Portal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may be added, changed, or removed as the app develops.

Portal’s styling suggestions are suggestions. Taste is yours; we do not guarantee that any outfit will suit an occasion, a dress code, or anybody’s opinion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Your use of Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what this website stores (almost nothing) and where the app’s own policy takes over.

We may modify these Terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new revision date at the top, and continuing to use Portal after that means you accept them.

We may suspend or end your access to Portal at our discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice. When access ends, your right to use the service ends with it.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain. Nothing here removes the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
