Short version: this website collects nothing about you. No forms, no accounts, no cookies, no tracking. If that was all you came for, you can stop reading here.

What this policy covers

This policy covers portal-f4u.com — the website you are reading right now. Portal (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates it from Madrid, Spain.

The Portal app is a separate product with its own terms and its own privacy policy, which you will find on its App Store and Google Play listings and inside the app itself. Where the two differ, the app’s policy governs the app.

What we collect: nothing

There is not a single form on this site. No email capture, no sign-up, no account, no comment box, no newsletter. We never ask you for a personal detail, so we never have one to store, lose, or sell.

The site sets no cookies at all — not for tracking, not for analytics, not for preferences. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

What is stored on your device

Three flags, in your browser’s session storage. Session storage is emptied by the browser the moment the session ends — close the tab or the browser and all three are gone. None of them contains anything personal, and none of them is ever sent anywhere.

• portal-announce-dismissed — remembers that you closed the announcement bar at the top of the home page, so it stays closed while you browse.
• portal-bar-dismissed — remembers that you closed the download bar that appears at the bottom of the screen on phones.
• portal-hero-sos — remembers that the home page’s opening animation has already played, so it does not start over every time you come back.

That is the complete list. No cookies, no local storage, no fingerprinting, no advertising identifiers.

Analytics

We count visits with Plausible Analytics. Plausible is cookieless and privacy-first: it sets no cookies, stores no personal data, does not follow you across websites or over time, and cannot be used to identify you. It records aggregate figures only — page views, referring site, country, browser, and device type — and all of it is stored and processed inside the EU.

We record two custom events: App Store Click and Play Store Click, each with a note of where on the page the button was (hero, final-cta, or mobile-bar). That is the entire payload: a goal name and a placement. Nothing personal travels with it, because there is nothing personal for it to travel with.

You can read Plausible’s data policy for the full detail. If you use an ad or tracker blocker it will most likely block the script, and this site works exactly the same either way.

Links that leave this site

The download buttons take you to Portal’s listings on Apple’s App Store and on Google Play. The moment you land there you are on Apple’s or Google’s property, and what they collect is governed by their privacy policies, not by this one. The same goes for our Instagram profile.

The Portal app

This policy is about the website, so it stops at the edge of the app. What we will say here is what we say everywhere: your closet is yours. Photos you add stay in your closet unless you choose to share a Fit Check with the community.

The full account of how the app handles your data lives in the app’s own privacy policy, linked from the App Store and Google Play listings and available inside the app. If anything there is unclear, write to us and we will answer.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the data protection law that applies to you, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it is processed, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent you have given.

For this website, the honest answer to the first of those is “none” — there is no form here and nothing personal is stored. For the Portal app, write to info@portal-f4u.com and we will handle your request.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Spain, that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Any change is posted on this page with a new revision date at the top.
